i really dont see the point of em, never done anything for me
Never again will i drink a energy drink before i play a basketball game or any game for that matter. today i drank a rockstar energy drink and i felt great warming up but as soon as we started running and playin my sides startred hurting and i played like in slow-mo. Normally I play 10 minutes and am doing fine but today i was bent over in pain. i even pinched the area where it hurt thinking it was a side stitch but this done nothing. but i will NEVER drink an energy drink unless i am thirsty or wanting to stay up.
I am 100 times more open minded than most on here about the topics we talk about.-Raider13

"i asked a toothless man, who all these people were and, he said the soapmakers...and we are workin workin"
now i am no doctor but isn't the cause of this because of the excessive amounts of caffeine found in the drink.
it is just common sense to know that you will get a quick burst of energy but within 15 minutes you will be drained.

yes.
Serious sport has nothing to do with fair play. It is bound up with hatred, jealousy, boastfulness, disregard of all rules and sadistic pleasure in witnessing violence. In other words, it is war minus the shooting.

are we really posting on a forum the dangers of drinking energy drinks now?
when i was in high school they were warning us against drugs and alcohol.
well if this is the case i am gonna go ahead and warn all the kids in middle school about some of the major epidmicis in our country today.
1. although ice cream is the greatest thing ever, eating it at a quick speed will cause you to have an intense migrane for about 30 seconds. please slow down.
2. dont go attempt to drink a gallon of milk in one hour.
3. you are always wrong when you argue with a female. i.e. no matter how much evidence you have the world is round, to her it will always be flat.

Answer me this: Why not?
It's best to warn people who don't take the warnings seriously, before it's too late.

Yeah its called living and learning.
How about dont eat cheese cause it clogs your arteries.
or Stay away from food because you can get fat.
Bake your chicken instead of frying it, I am sure that ndn10 learned from his encounter, there is no need to "warn" people.

Just let them be dumb a s s e s and find out for themselves, then the next time around, they might just say, hmmm, maybe i should listen to what this says?? Common sense would tell you that a bottle labeled "energy drink" is going to give you energy, (Scientists are probably comingt up with some sort of equation to explain this phenomenon, and from what i have heard, they have this so far: Energy drink=energy). Wait a minute; common sense would tell you that too much energy from this bottle is going to be bad for you, therefore, don't be an idiot and drink a six pack of it, guess you don't have to be a "scientist" to figure this out after all??
And one more warning fellow forum members, stay away from alcoholic beverages, i have heard that they have been known to impair your judgement.
